Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials

• Physical profile: age, weight, height, gender, and fitness level

• Fitness profile: your goal, training experience, equipment, schedule, and coaching preferences, and any injuries and health notes you give us

• Workout data: exercises performed, sets, reps, weights, session duration, and workout history

• Health data: when you connect Apple Health, your steps, sleep, resting heart rate, and active energy. Movrly also saves the workouts you finish to Apple Health

• Device information: device type, operating system version, and app version

• Coach interactions: messages you exchange with your AI coach. Spoken messages are turned into text on your device before they are sent

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Generate personalized workout plans using AI (Amazon Bedrock)

• Provide AI-powered coaching conversations and recommendations

• Track your fitness progress and workout history

• Improve the App

• Send workout reminders and notifications (with your permission)

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, including DynamoDB and S3, in United States regions. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your information. Access to your data is restricted to authenticated requests using your account credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Amazon Cognito: authentication and account management

• Amazon Bedrock (AWS): runs Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, which writes your workout plans and your coach's replies. To do that we send it your name, age, gender, height, and weight; your goal, fitness level, and training experience; injuries and health notes you give us; your equipment, schedule, and coaching preferences; your workouts and how your sets felt; your messages to the coach; and, if you connect Apple Health, your steps, sleep, and resting heart rate (used only in coach chats, not to build plans). The App asks your permission before sending any of it. Amazon does not use this data to train AI models and does not share it with Anthropic

• Amazon Polly (AWS): turns your coach's replies into speech when the coach voice is on

• RevenueCat: subscription and payment processing

• Sentry: crash reporting and error monitoring; collects error details, stack traces, device information, and a random account ID (not your name or email) so we can find and fix problems

• Mixpanel: product analytics; collects usage events such as app opens, screen views, and feature interactions, linked to a random account ID rather than your name or email. Personal details are removed before events are sent. Mixpanel estimates your general location from your IP address. You can turn analytics off in Settings › Usage analytics

These services process your data only as necessary to provide their respective functionality. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Apple HealthKit Data

If you choose to connect Apple Health, we access HealthKit data solely to enhance your coaching experience. In compliance with Apple's requirements:

• HealthKit data is NOT used for advertising or marketing purposes

• HealthKit data is NOT sold, and is NOT shared with advertisers or data brokers

• Your steps, sleep, and resting heart rate are sent to the AI model described in Section 4, only to personalize your coaching and only with your permission

• HealthKit data is NOT used for purposes unrelated to providing health and fitness services within the App

• You can revoke HealthKit access at any time through the App settings or your device's Health app

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who process data on our behalf (listed in Section 4)

• When required by law, regulation, or legal process

• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Spectrelle LLC, our users, or the public

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated personal data -- including workout history, coach messages, and profile information -- will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytics purposes.

One exception: each time you agree to the Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, the AI data permission, or the Health and Fitness Disclaimer, we keep a record of which versions you agreed to, when, and from which version of the App, linked to your account ID. We keep these records after you delete your account, as proof of what was agreed to.

8. Children's Privacy

Movrly is for adults 18 and older (see the Terms of Service) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. 9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA):

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

• Export: receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format

• Correction: request correction of inaccurate personal data

• Deletion: request deletion of your personal data

• Opt-out: opt out of data processing for certain purposes

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
