Movrly ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use the Movrly mobile application (the "App").

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials
• Physical profile: age, weight, height, gender, and fitness level
• Workout data: exercises performed, sets, reps, weights, session duration, and workout history
• Health data: Apple HealthKit data (steps, active energy, heart rate, workouts) when you grant permission
• Device information: device type, operating system version, and app version
• Coach interactions: messages exchanged with your AI coach

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Generate personalized workout plans using AI (Amazon Bedrock)
• Provide AI-powered coaching conversations and recommendations
• Track your fitness progress and workout history
• Improve our AI models and app experience
• Send workout reminders and notifications (with your permission)

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, including DynamoDB and S3, in United States regions. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your information. Access to your data is restricted to authenticated requests using your account credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Amazon Cognito: authentication and account management
• Amazon Bedrock: AI-powered workout generation and coaching
• RevenueCat: subscription and payment processing
• Sentry: crash reporting and error monitoring; collects anonymous error data, device information, and stack traces to help us identify and fix issues; no personally identifiable information is stored
• Mixpanel: product analytics; collects anonymous usage events such as screen views and feature interactions to help us improve the App; personally identifiable information is stripped before data is sent

These services process your data only as necessary to provide their respective functionality. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Apple HealthKit Data

If you choose to connect Apple Health, we access HealthKit data solely to enhance your coaching experience. In compliance with Apple's requirements:

• HealthKit data is NOT used for advertising or marketing purposes
• HealthKit data is NOT sold to or shared with third parties, including data brokers
• HealthKit data is NOT used for purposes unrelated to providing health and fitness services within the App
• You can revoke HealthKit access at any time through the App settings or your device's Health app

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who process data on our behalf (listed in Section 4)
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Movrly, our users, or the public

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated personal data — including workout history, coach messages, and profile information — will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytics purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Movrly is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@movrly.com.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA):

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Export: receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion: request deletion of your personal data
• Opt-out: opt out of data processing for certain purposes

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
